The manager was very helpful. I had just finished working nights at noon and learned check-in wasn't until 3 p.m. He understood my situation and offered me access to my room immediately. He saved me time and trouble, which I appreciated. The location is prominent and convenient. The staff were friendly and were pretty good. They upgraded my room, a very cozy double, downstairs. I found tea readily available and the room service perfect.

the bedroom was nice and i found the check-in and check-out processes straightforward. cleaners came every day, and they were friendly and efficient. i was very near to everything, so walking into town was easy and quick.

My room had no sugar for my tea. It was probably a simple oversight.
